I had this proplem this morning with my new vista 64 machine I built last weekend, I was quite perturbed that I could use the image on my snail company laptop but I found this article @ http://mike.temporale.com/archive/2007/03/29/450.aspx which was a great help and fixed the issue . Here is the error message as well.
